IT Specialist

Job Description

• Performs and monitors the troubleshooting of all software of the company related to network system, accounting system, windows applications and architectural applications used by the organization against malware, virus or errors in coordination with suppliers and/or third party vendors
• Manages and maintains the corporate email of the organization by monitoring the existing email accounts related to updating of passwords, username and account size; creating new and deletion of email accounts; monitoring of email storage utilization; renewal and payment of domain name with third party providers; and broadcasting of new email accounts for information and guidance of all employees.
• Manages and maintains the company’s website by monitoring the storage utilization and ensuring the renewal and payment of the site to third party host provider.
• Assists, and recommends to the organization the appropriate licensed software for purchase and installation to certain information and communication technology equipment used by employees in the organization such as but not limited to windows server and licensed windows as well as safekeeping of the licenses.
• Maintains and monitors the inventory of all software applications such as email accounts and software licenses
• Performs other special tasks which may be assigned from time to time such as but not limited to photo editing, specifications editing, CCTV footage review and providing support to the HRIS.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of 4-year IT/Computer Science course
• With related work experience of at least 1 year in the same industry.
• Candidate must have a good working knowledge with a variety of software, hardware, and programming applications.
• Preferably with good knowledge with Video Making/Editing and presentation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to manage time effectively
