Duties and Responsibilities
1. Process Management and Service Delivery
- Assist in administering networks, systems and servers related to the Company's LAN and WAN for the purpose of ensuring the accurate and efficient deployment of technology services and support.
- Implement security programs related to ISMS in areas of but not limited to network system applications and vulnerability testing.
- Assist in installation of computer equipment, network (client and server) software and hardware on a variety of platforms, including all setup and configuration components for the purpose of deployment equipment and applications, upgrading equipment and applications, and otherwise providing support for all technology operations.
- Assist in end user support which includes but not limited to: application deployment, support and configuration; desktop and laptop support and troubleshooting; LAN support.
- Assist in resolving user problems by providing information and answering hardware and software related queries.
- Evaluate new system and applications to ensure compliance with ISMS standards.
- Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of systems, applications and all information about the company, its business and service to ensure clients' confidence and protect operations.
- Perform disaster recovery operations.
- Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software and hardware.
- Research new technology and implement it or recommend its implementation.
- Conduct information security training and awareness.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build rapport with internal and external clients through constant and effective communication on any service delivery related matters (such as timekeeping, payroll and benefits administration).
- Strictly comply with internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLA).
3. Resource Management
- Support and recommend cost saving measures to meet financial objectives of the Company.
4. Personal Leadership and Teamwork
- Take ownership of personal learning and development.
- Ensure teamwork and discipline in the workplace.
- Comply with internal control activities and adhere to related policies, procedures and guidelines.
Specifications
- Graduate of any IT-related course
- Must be knowledgeable in Windows server system administration
- Must be knowledgeable in Windows Server platform
- Must be experienced in providing technical support
- Must have a strong understanding of system integration concepts: hardware, network, client, security, Disk systems, RAID systems & disk appliances, etc
- Must have ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a team player
- Must have excellent written and communication skills
- Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
