Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate to client for the execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Track project performance and to ensure the successful completion of project
- preparing project plans to be shared with clients, Helpdesk and SD Dept.
- · Manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
- · Prepares helpdesk monthly duty schedule
- · Recruit, train and support help desk representatives
- · Handling queries and customer complaints
- · Develop weekly and monthly reports
