QA Tester

BACKGROUND

Our client, one of the largest banks in Malaysia is looking for an experienced Certified QA Tester.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size. 
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities 
• Perform testing on various software and reporting systems. 
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process. 
• Follow up on flagged issues and improve the quality of our Web, iOS, and Android apps 
• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable. 
• Work closely with the development team and product team to ensure quality acceptance criteria are met 
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 
• 2+ years of working experience in both manual and automation area 

Managerial (team/group responsibilities) 

• Assist the Manager in the managing of team members and coordinating team assignment and activities 
• Recommendation on improvement of controls and procedures in system security and software changes 
• Proposal on improvement of work/process flow 
• Proposal and Recommendation on guidelines, procedure and process. 
• Review software solution on Security, Compliance requirements 

Special Skills 

• Experienced with automation testing tools and library like Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc 
• Experienced in Java / Phyton programming language 
• Capable to create testing scenario/testing script 
• Having an extensive understanding about software requirement and business process 
• Good communication skills in English 
• Creative, self-motivate, positive-attitude
