DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Revenues - conducts sales activities in order to achieve sales strategies and objectives. Monitors the performance of assigned accounts.
  • Account Management - Builds productive business relationship with broker/clients through delivery of quality service
  • Productivity - Converts prospects into clients. Provides efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units. Prepares accurate and timely reports as required.
  • Accounts Receivable Management - Timely tracking and collection of outstanding premium and EOBs.
  • Sales conduct - Conducts self-according to established GP ethics and professionalism
  • Undertakes other tasks that may be reasonably expected of the role and as maybe necessary to achieve the Company’s goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate with a degree preferably in any business related course
  • With at least three (3) years of sales work experience in the industry of Life Insurance or Health Insurance Plan
  • Technical Skills: Customer Experience / Journey Planning and Strategy, Market & Customer Research and Analytics, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, Sales Strategy Sales, Sales Strategy Sales, Activity Management Sales, Activity Management Sales, and Process Automation.
  • Competencies: Persuasive and Convincing, Building Trust, Building Trust, Critical thinking, Critical thinking, Critical thinking, influencing without Authority, and Influencing without Authority.
