Assistant Team Leader

Qualifications:

• BS Industrial Engineering graduate
• Self-motivated, committed, and with initiative
• Able to handle pressure in times of critical situation
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work on time and working a long time if necessary
• Manpower handling, process improvement
• Will do and analyze countermeasures with the encountered problem
• Establishment and revision of work instruction if needed
• Enforce strict compliance with a standard process
• Assist ASV/ SV if needed
• Shall report to immediate superior for any abnormality encountered
• Other duties that may be assigned by his/ her immediate superior from time to time
