Description:

Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales volume and operating income targets
Partner with new distributors and wholesalers based on daily, weekly and monthly targets
Open new retail outlets that will help generate incremental sales volume and revenue
Manage daily routing based on route call schedule, sales order generation, booking of AR collection, and delivery/pick-up stocks
Manage and develop the selling skills of distributors, salesmen, and merchandisers
Exercise necessary controls on discounts and other expenses
Ensure proper execution of marketing plans and programs
Conduct monthly business review with distributors and wholesalers and report actual sales and sales trends to the Sales Manager
Ensure superior customer service is being observed at every customer touchpoint
Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business
