Description:

1.    Develop and implement robust Quality Management Systems aligned with industry standards to ensure precision in manufacturing processes.

2.     Conduct detailed Process Mapping and Optimization for precision manufacturing operations and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.

3.    Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC)  methodologies to monitor and control precision processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.

4.    Develop comprehensive Quality Assurance Planning for precision manufacturing projects, outlining key metrics, inspection points, and testing protocols.

5.    Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems.

6.    Oversee the development and calibration of measurement systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data for precision components.

7.    Establish and maintain documentation protocols for precision manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.

8.    Identify potential risks in precision manufacturing processes and develop mitigation strategies to prevent quality deviations.

9.    Develop validation protocols for precision equipment and processes, ensuring they meet regulatory and quality standards.

10.    Spearhead continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize precision manufacturing processes and reduce variability.

11.    Develop training programs for personnel involved in precision manufacturing, ensuring a skilled workforce capable of maintaining high-quality standards.
