Sales Support

1. Support daily sales Operation;
2. Handling of sales and operational enquiries which included administrative support to sales team, monitor customer’s orders, support customer’s request on any change of orders;
3. Ensure timely collection from clients and handle queries in a timely manner;
4. Making calls to existing / potential customers for sales and payment matters;
5. Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationships with existing customers;
6. Ensure close follow-up with customer’s order;
7. Provide support and after-sales service to customers, including problem solution, provide advice / consultancy, attend enquiries, complaints and order by regular visits to maintain a good relationship;
8. Assist and follow-up payment collection;
9. Perform site office / visit on assigned basic of needed;
10. Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;
