Accounts Assistant

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform daily operational accounting functions (i.e. AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation)
• Collaborate effectively within teams and support Managers/Team Heads.
• Communicate efficiently with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Undertake other accounting duties or assignments.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

Requirements

• Meticulous and good analytical skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required (i.e. Xero)
• Can work independently with minimum supervision
