Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation
- Qualify generated leads submitted by the Lead Generation Team
- Secure an appointment with the prospective client to conduct discovery meetings
- Collaborate with the Lead Gen to continuously improve the lead generation process
- Identify and qualify new lead sources
2. Revenue Generation
- Prepare and conduct presentations
- Responsible for the ownership and implementation of account closing strategies identified in the early stages of the selling process
- Act as the Project Lead for the Project Assessment Process for accounts that need special attention
- Manage an account's "lead age" by formulating ways to drive it to the next level of the sales process
- Close accounts assigned by the BDEV Director or Senior BDEV Officer
3. Documentation and Reporting Compliance
- Update an account's status with PipeDrive
- Prepare Service Proposals and Contracts for new clients
- Liaise between the legal representatives of both CPI Outsourcing and the customer for contract and other legal concerns
4. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and manage relationships with the Project Sponsor through constant communication and feedback, consultative meetings and other engagement activities
- Report service concerns to the Director in charge for immediate action
- Directly inform the Project Sponsor of any updates if the customer is under service recovery
5. Resource Management
- Support and recommend cost saving measures to meet the financial objectives of the Company
6. Personal Leadership and Teamwork
- Take ownership of personal learning and development
- Promote teamwork and discipline in the workplace
- Comply with established internal controls and adhere to Company policies and procedures
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related or IT-related course; MBA holder is an advantage
- Selling experience in consulting services, IT-enabled services/BPO is an advantage
- Project management skills is an advantage
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have superior presentation skills
- Must have comprehensive product and service knowledge
- Must be goal-oriented and self-driven
- Must be client centric
- Must be a team player
- Must have strong sense of professionalism
- Preferably resident of Pasig or Mandaluyong
