Description:

Job Description

  • Helps the sales team to improve their productivity by coordinating with business partners and principal to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material
  • Handles urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable. It includes answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Inputs orders and ensures those are processed according to customer requirements, are accurate and delivered on time
  • Collaborates with other external business partners to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
  • Develops and maintains filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department and main business partner, Globe
  • Ensures daily sales updates are reported directly to Sales Support Supervisor to facilitate timely and accurate sales report
  • Manage the agents and helps RTO in promoting recruitment of additional agents for the team
  • Does other tasks that may be assigned by Sales Manager.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • With 2 or more years' experience in sales
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Strongly able to follow organizational goals and company regulations
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
  • Willing to do Field Work
  • Preferred to have own motorcycle
