Description:
MARKETING & SALES
· Aide in the production, development and execution of marketing programs and strategies to meet organizational objectives. Will work with the Sales and Marketing Division in the implementation of marketing campaigns, customer research, market conditions, and compiling of competitor data.
· Help lead the team in the execution of marketing events.
· Will work with the team to implement improvements and changes to marketing activities, internal marketing policies and processes, where necessary.
· Assist in planning and supervising marketing and execution of sales operations and marketing programs to achieve revenue targets of the Sales and Marketing Division (SAMD).
· Assist in creation and implementation of customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.
· Oversee market studies and research activities to gain insights regarding the company's marketing projects.
CREATIVES & COPYWRITING
· May create or edit/proofread material prepared by subordinates, and publish quality B2B content and copy across multiple platforms (printed marketing collaterals, social media, articles, videos, websites, and others, for both Bastion and OmniPay).
· May work with the Creatives team to create or edit/proofread marketing materials used by the Sales Team.
OTHERS
· Prepare and submit department and other relevant reports in a timely manner.
· Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
· Perform other tasks or duties that are deemed fit by management from time to time
Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
· Possess at least 5-8 years of work experience in the field of marketing, client presentation, and content creation or copywriting.
· Articulate in both written and verbal English communication
· Willing to do field works and meet clients with the assigned team
· Willing to work in Salcedo, Makati
Competencies Required
· Background in Advertising Agency is highly preferred
· Experience in Financial, Healthcare, and Technology industries and the like is preferred.
· Social Media Marketing experience in Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram and the like is preferred
· Excellent grammar and business communication, as well as business writing skills, is highly preferred.
· Excellent presentation skills is preferred.
