Description:
Conduct Market Research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth Creation of design for marketing materials such as sales kits, brochures, flyers, etc. Prepare content for Social Media platforms for Brand Awareness Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness Monitor competitor's marketing activities Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly Process orders for Online Shop platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok) Answer client queries in online accounts
