Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about our services, rates, and promotions, guiding customers toward the best reservation options.
Tailored Recommendations: Offer personalized recommendations and solutions based on individual customer needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking process.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, reservations, and feedback.
