SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

We are looking for :

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)

• Experienced candidates with minimal experience in Sales & Marketing is welcomed to apply
• Candidate's with at least a Diploma in Business Management/Sales or equivalent
• Good command in English and Bahasa
• Proficiency in computer skills, social media knowledge is an added advantage
• Capable to assist with house marketing content
• The ability to communicate in Tamil is an advantage
• Seeking for a team player who is attentive to detail and a go-getter

Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling sales inquiries and marketing duties
• To handle customer payments and handling customer's requirements & transactions.
• Provide assistance and suggestions to customers according to their needs
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
• Convert customer service into sales transactions by generating new orders/sales
• leading to additional sales.
• Manage company's social media postings and prompt response for company
• To develop marketing digital collateral, videos/ content for assigned products
• To conduct market surveys, competitor’s comparison & analysis to understand market trend and feedback on company’s product
• To closely monitor the sales performance of products, ensure smooth execution of marketing plans and activities to achieve sales target
• To ensure successful launching of every new products
• Creative copy-writing to update product information
• Any other duties or tasks deemed directed by the immediate superior or appointed by the immediate superior.
