Sales Executive (Personal Care/Pharma/Nutra)

Position Summary

Sales Executive is responsible for the budgeted sales and income targets by initiating, promoting, and developing sales opportunities for the range of assigned products sold by the Company. This position also requires to continually improve and strengthen the relationship with our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers and business including identify and initiate contact with potential clients to broaden the client base upon assigned principal. Continuously expand the customer base, year-on-year, through new customer acquisition
• Proactively investigate and regularly update customer needs, market trends, and new products / or solutions launched by competitors to the Department Manager to initiate counter strategies
• Conduct regular visits to customers, provide technical/commercial support
• Attend to customers’ complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrity
• Submit periodic sales reports and activities to Department Manager
• Prepare product costing and to work out quotation for customers. Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and related parties to ensure smooth and continuous improvement of ordering process, and delivery services to meet and surpass customer expectations

Requirements:

• With at least 1-2 years of sales or technical experience selling/managing product application of raw material for the Nutraceutical Industry
• Preferably with experience in selling functional ingredients and commodities for Nutraceutical Industry
• Preferably coming from Industries that are into trading and distribution of raw materials for Nutraceutical Industry
•  Preferably with own vehicle
• Graduate of the following courses: BS Chemistry, Chem Engineering or related course
