Senior Sales Staff

Responsibilities

• Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information to reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services. 
• Prepare / provide quotations to customers.
• Frequently checking customers’ forecast and proceed to make orders to suppliers as needed.
• Promptly, register / revise information of products and vendors to the internal system as needed.
• Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.
• Attend sales meeting.
• Performing other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
• Experienced in working as sales more than 7-8 years (Much prefer experience in the trading company)
• Proficient in using professionally in MS. Word, Excel, PPT etc.
• Better to have driver's license and ability to drive.
