Qualifications:
BS Chemistry or BS Food Technology Graduate
Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
With at least one year experience as Analyst in a Food Manufacturing industry
With work experience in a HACCP and FSMS certified plant
Knowledge in Micro Test
Job Description:
Responsible in analysis of raw materials , in process and finished goods products prior to shipment.
Provides graphs and or trends of analysis done and make a qualitative report from the gathered data
Tasked to conduct laboratory runs in small scale with the goal of process trouble shooting or process development
Takes part in the implementation of HACCP and FSMS system
