Description:
*Manage the day-to-day task of the property's Engineering and Maintenance function;
*Effective implementation of the company's standard Preventive Maintenance Program;
*Ensure all equipment have proper tagging;
*Attend concerns and complaints of unit owner and tenants;
*Monitor the engineering supplies and materials, and give instruction to the technical coordinator about the work schedule or assignment of the Technician.
*Responsible in administering and repairing structure;
*Responsible for ensuring that the electrical, mechanical and telecoms aspects of new buildings.
