PLC programmer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software / Mechanical /Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• With PLC Technical certificate.
• At least 3yrs experience as PLC Programmer.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and mechanical process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meets with clients to discuss their mechanical or electrical automation needs.
• Draws electrical or mechanical schematics to demonstrate how processes will work.
• Develops and installs machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages.
• Determines machine automation test criteria before the final installation.
• Tests automated systems for efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Troubleshoots system errors.
• Oversees the successful installation of PLC programs.
• Provides clients with technical support.
• Capable of programming vision system inspection is a must
