PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT - SOURCING

Responsibilities:

*Managing the sourcing and negotiating price, technical and delivery schedules with suppliers.

*Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.

*Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.

*Ensure costing for each project are analyzed accurately.

*Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

*Perform any other duties as assign by superior from time to time

Requirements:

-Fresh graduates in Certificate or Diploma in Accounting/Business/Management or equivalent

-Training will be provided.

-SPM/STPM leavers are welcomed to try.

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet

-Fast learner, responsible and able to work in a team.

-Skills in communication, English

-Willing to work after office hours (sometimes)

-Must possess own transport (class D/DA)
