TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE IN MARINE ENGINEERING

To be involved in Technical and Operation of Marine Engineering which include of Ship Management Services, Shipbuilding, Procurement, Ship's Store and Spare Parts, and other related Marine Engineering Scope of Works as listed below:-

1. To prepare, tracking and manage Quotation, Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order in System

2. To handle ship’s stores, procurement and spare parts

3. To liaise with suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors and clients

4. To liaise with Government Authority (i.e: MARDEP, CUSTOM, SABAH PORT, and etc)

5. To prepare and manage ISM Documents

6. To prepare and manage tender documents

7. To register, renewal, update, and tracking Company Certificates (i.e: PETRONAS, MISC, MMHE, MOF and etc)

8. To perform any other duties as and when assign by The Management
