Description:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible to provide technical assistance to our clients. They will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems of our clients. They will also help our customers install applications and programs that they need for their business.
Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Network Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Understanding the components and how the Network Infrastructure Works.
  • Familiarity with remote applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • At least Cisco Certified Network Associates
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Network Products or similar technologies is a plus
