Job Description:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Although no previous Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience is required, you should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Answering customer inquiries: Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries regarding products, services, or general information.
2. Providing customer support: Offer assistance and guidance to customers, ensuring their issues or concerns are appropriately resolved or escalated to the relevant department if necessary.
3. Processing transactions: Handle customer requests related to product orders, account updates, billing inquiries, or any other transactional activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, in the company's CRM system.
5. Following company guidelines: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards while interacting with customers, ensuring consistency and delivering a positive customer experience.
6. Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers based on their needs or preferences, contributing to sales and revenue targets.
7. Resolving complaints: Handle customer complaints or issues in a calm and professional manner, working towards a satisfactory resolution and ensuring customer retention.
8. Collaborating with team members: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to gather information, resolve customer concerns, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
