Description:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat, and providing information and assistance related to travel arrangements.
Assisting customers in booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours.
Handling customer complaints and issues related to travel bookings and resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Managing customer accounts and keeping them up to date with relevant information such as flight changes, cancellations, or delays.
Processing payments and refunds related to travel bookings.
Collaborating with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and service level goals.
Requirements for a travel account CSR may include:
Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and procedures.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
