DRIVER/COURIER PERSONNEL

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Good selling communication and interpersonal behavioral skills
• Responsible for delivering parcels assigned to him; secure parcels and delivery in a timely manner.
• Plans routes to save time and efficiency using intimate knowledge of the city/area as well as GPS apps on a cellphone.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
• Distribute brochures/marketing collaterals on the designated/assigned area.
• Communicates with customers and supervisors when delivering packages (COD or Non-COD) until the transaction is done.
• Will be assigned to related task from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a dispatch driver/rider or relevant position.
• Can use GPS and other mobile applications. Adaptable to technology.
• Can easily understand and follow instructions
• Familiarity with relevant routes.
• Service oriented
• Must have a Pro License
• Organizational and multitasking abilities / Ability to work under pressure
• Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
• Must have his own motorcycle.
• Honest and Trustworthy/ Must be fit and healthy
