Logistics Supervisor - Ultra Dynamic (Cavite)

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in logistics/ warehouse and inventory management.
• Well-versed/ knowledgeable of supply chain/logistics processes/fleet management.
• Knowledgeable in SAP and MS Office.
• Very good in oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in driving forklift/ELF truck/Forward truck is an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Brgy. Conchu, Trece Martirez, Cavite.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises/attends to shift schedule requirements of either UCD or SCD i.e., graveyard shift or day shift.
• Prepares and analyzes logistics report and inventory management data/stats.
• Recommends and implements productivity improvement initiatives for plant logistics operations and inventory correctness/accuracy.
• Ensures timely availability of raw materials for dispatch.
• Attends and manage to inbound/outbound logistics requirement e.g. receiving of raw materials; posting in SAP and processes.
• Ensures operational efficiency through effective management of resources at all times.
• Recommends and implements productivity improvement initiatives for plant logistics operations.
• Coaching, training and evaluating of logistics staff.
