Regional Executive (Kuching / Sibu)

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for monitoring regional delivery and pick up quality and efficiency and goes towards achieve company’s business goals.
2. Responsible for the optimization of the process flow of the Regional Drop Point and Delivery Center.
3. Responsible for the follow-up of the work of the Regional Drop Point and Delivery Center under its responsibility.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with business cooperator to solve problems.
5. Responsible for the report survey, analysis and research on pick up and delivery quality and efficiency.
6. Cooperate with the customer service department to complete the tracking service of the goods.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in related field.
2. Good team player and problem solver.
3. Good communication skills and problem solving skills.
4. Candidate must have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative.
5. Candidates must possess their own transport and willing to travel when required.
6. Required language(s): BM, English, and Mandarin (preferable as the system used is in Chinese).
