Invrntory Control

1. Ensuring a safe work environment, complying with applicable SOPs complying with SMK3 and ensuring the team understands and practices at all times.

2. Plan, coordinate the process of receiving materials, storing materials and dispensing materials, as well as evaluating any problems that arise and making decisions for solutions

3. Maintaining the accuracy of the available physical stock in accordance with the recording of the movement of the inventory management system by carrying out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stock taking

4. Manage and oversee the performance of each Inventory line by coordinating with the Team Leader and generating new ideas for Inventory needs and development.

5. Control the work plan of the team led and its implementation so that it can run well and achieve common goals, as well as provide regular assessments in the form of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) according to superiors' instructions

6. Controlling all activities related to Warehouse development

Specification:

• Age 24 to 34 Years (Male/Female)
• Minimum Education D3 All Majors
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the same field
• Expert in operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
• Experience operating ERP *preferred
• Experienced as a Supervisor/Leader of Inventory
