Job Summary:   
The QA/Production Officer is expected to develop and document test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on requirements. Identify key metrics to measure testing effectiveness and quality.
Reports to: System Manager (IT)

Responsibilities
 Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure functionality.
 Test software applications, systems, or processes across multiple platforms and environments.
 Perform regression, performance, load, and security testing as needed.
 Log, track, and manage bugs using defect-tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
 Work with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
 Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve quality concerns.
 Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams.
 Document test results, prepare test summary reports, and maintain testing records.
 Ensure all QA documentation complies with company standards.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing.
 Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and methodologies in QA.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related course.
 Knowledge about Fintech is an advantage.
 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
 Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
 Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.

Education and Experience
 Bachelor's degree 

Schedule:
 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
 9 hours duty including 1-hour break 

Compensation and Benefits:
 40,000.00 to 50, 000.00

Additional Benefits: 
 Transportation and Meal Allowances
 HMO: 150,000 coverage
 Paid leave and sick leave
 13th-month pay 

Anticipated Start Date: 
 As early as possible

While we initially required a Japanese bilingual candidate, it is now acceptable if the candidate does not speak Japanese. However, Japanese language proficiency remains preferred.
