Job Responsibilities:
Follow standard operations and procedures.
Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
Ensure one-call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Job Requirements:
High School / Senior High School graduates are encouraged to apply (BPO experience is not required)
Good English communication skills
Knowledge in consumer electronics products
