Elevator Maintenance Engineer or Staff

We need the following number of Staff:

MANILA x 3

BACOLOD x 1

DAVAO x 1

KEY FUNCTIONS:

• Performing Prevent Maintenance Service for Elevator and Escalator

• Performing Troubleshooting and Repair work for the Elevator and Escalator

• Performing Replacement parts work

• Making Service Report

• Deliver necessary documents to a client

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Following the company rules and Fujitec’s standard safety rules

• Trying to improve own knowledge and skill

• Performing Prevent Maintenance service under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager

• Performing Troubleshooting and repair work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager

• Performing Replacement parts work under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager

• Making service reports for a client on time

• Explaining the status of EV/ESC, what was performed in PMS, and our suggestion(if any) to a client

• Negotiating/discussing an issue with a client under the supervision of the Area manager/department manager

• Corresponding Emergency call back while you are assigned as standby staff by shifting.

• Reporting the result of your work to your immediate superior

• Delivering necessary documents such as service invoices, contracts, delivery slips and so on

• Managing your tools and keeping them be clean
