Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the key account customers in pharmaceutical business and identify the underlying business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with down-stream distributors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market dynamics, and emerging trends that may impact the business.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events to promote our products and brand.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or pharmacy will be preferred. A master's degree would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical sales, key account sales working experience will be preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market in the Philippines, including understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.

Package of salary: 30k-35k basic salary + incentives + bonus + other subsidies. Overall income could reach to 50k - 60k per month
