Sales Admin

Job Responsibility

  • Able to handle daily inquiry and order processing including quotation, feedback to/from customers on order confirmation detail, etc.
  • Manage order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to prepare quotations and proposals.
  •  Processing orders and inquiries from the E-commerce platform Computer literate with high proficiency in MS software, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Supporting sales with documentation.
  • Support sales activities and contribute to continuous improvement activities across all departments.
  •  Work closely with the supplier to ensure the fulfillment of orders within the stipulated time frame.

Job Requirements

  • At least diploma in business administration/other field of studies or at least SPM with experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous. Good team development and leadership skills. Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work at Setia Alam, Selangor

Salary Range: RM2,200 +Incentive up to RM4,000-5,000
