Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Design and implement sales strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Objective setting coaching and performance monitoring o f sales representative.
• Keep detailed records of sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
• Report, inform and discuss sales related activity and concerns.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in any Engineering Course or Business Course.
• Sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience in Factory Automation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
• Motivated and results-oriented.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office to create materials.
