Arrange the client’s needs regarding the applicant’s requirements
Coordinate with clients about their needs for hiring
Talk to clients via email to understand their concerns
Provide suggestions and recommendations to clients
Assist clients in applicant interview and assessment
Explain to the applicant’s the need of the customer
