Requirements

• ·         A bachelor degree holder in any English language fields
• ·         Must possess a Master and a PhD qualification in any fields, preferably in Education
• ·         At least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Leadership role at a Private Higher Education
•           Interested in management is an added advantage;
•           Experience in managing online learning
• ·         Malaysian Only

Job Description

• ·         Work with faculty, staff and students to develop and oversee undergraduate and graduate programmes;
• ·         Work cooperatively with other Deans and the Management to advance mission and strategic plans of the University;
• ·         Identify and develop new programmes that will ensure sustainable growth in the university;
• ·         Work closely with the faculty in establishing an industry partner network to collaborate in terms of research, training and employment for              graduates;
• ·        Work closely with industry partners to understand industry needs and develop academic programmes to meet such needs;
• ·         Identify and develop short courses and professional programmes for industry;
• ·         Lead and improve delivery of English subjects across all programmes;
