Property Consultant

Qualification:

- Male or Female
- Must have sales experience (real estate background is advantage)
- Preferable college graduate or at least finished 2 years course in college.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (internet marketing / selling) with smartphones or laptop.

- Good in written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly flexible and Goal oriented.
- Good listener and communicator.

- Interested in people and a good relationship builder.
- Endurance. Ability to overcome rejections and failures fast as you will still fail and get rejected many times even when you are the best.
- Empathetic so you can put yourself in a client's shoes and come up with the best solutions for them.
