Responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing first level ICT trouble-shooting / problem-solving assistance and ensuring an effective end-user support to both staff (administration & academic) and students, in
addition to the responsibility of effective administration and operations of the IT function.
• Has overall responsibility for the effective management and operations of the Applications Support function and the ICT Helpdesk Support functions in Fairview Education Group and its
subsidiaries.
• Managing the operations of the Network & Systems Administration unit to ensure effective
management of Fairview Education Group’s system platforms and data communication networks.
• Responsible to meet all Service Level commitments made to internal customers from all schools and departments in Fairview Education Group as detailed in the Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
• Possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• With at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in / technical support / networking / and systems administration.
