Ø Answering phone calls

Ø Report every day to the HR.

Ø Receiving problems/complaint.
Ø Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Ø Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Ø Receiving and sorting daily mails
Ø Other tasks that will assign time to time.
