Job Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed quarterly sales goals through full sales cycle management from lead qualification, value proposition, negotiation and deal closure.
· Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through effective lead follow up
· Networking with Product principals sales team (eg SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics) to identify leads and opportunities for Software Resell and Implementation Services
· Identify decision-makers/influencers in those organizations to target for the company’s products and services
· Pitch the company’s product values to the identified leads (sales generated and marketing generated) and identify potential opportunities for new business
· Successfully manage and overcome objections and move opportunities through the pipeline to close
· Ensure strong client/prospect communication and follow-up by documenting all designated calls-to-action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, and prospect interaction in the CRM system (Hubspot)
· Develop strong knowledge of industry trends in HR-Tech products
· Develop a solid working knowledge of company products, what problems they solve and the benefits they provide to potential customers
Job Requirements:
· Having a full-time degree from a recognized institute in Malaysia
· Dynamic individual with strong communication and presentation skills
· Possess solid problem solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with large organizations stakeholders
· Self-driven individual with a natural passion towards sales and value based negotiation
· Experience in HR Technology Domain and / or SAAS Solutions would be a plus
