Recruitment Sourcer (home-based/ remote)

The Role

The Recruiter will serve on the staffing team to source candidates across different industries and roles for Wing. They will work with the country managers and HR Staffing Specialists to appropriately source top-tier professional candidates using various strategies, including posting on job boards, online communities, social media, and establishing formal career relationships with universities.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing candidates across different functions by creating job descriptions, publishing job opportunities, and building relationships with universities to build candidate pipelines 

• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.

• Responsible for actively managing job platforms, initial candidate processing by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.

Qualification

• With strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment process ·
• At least 3 years of experience in volume hiring/ sourcing in Recruiting, Professional Staffing, HR Management, BPO industry
• Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)
