The Role

The goal of the recruitment evaluator is to be in charge of overseeing the completion of the company’s objective qualification of candidates that are interested in becoming Wing assistants. They will primarily evaluate the assessments that are completed by candidates and continually improve the effectiveness of our assessment process. The recruitment evaluator will focus on examining candidate quality by using the individual results from the candidate assessments as the mechanism for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Administers high-volume candidate assessments to vet qualifications, competencies & evaluates individual candidate results to determine their candidacy

• Conducts full-cycle evaluations that are accurate and impartial on candidates’ results to ensure compliance with the quality standards 

• Creates reports on overall assessment completion, trends, and performance to continually make improvements to our vetting process 

• Works with the operations team (training, quality, and retention teams) to identify opportunities for additional assessments

• Ensures that all internal candidates are fairly evaluated, given full consideration and provided with feedback based on their assessments

Qualification

•  With strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment process
•  At least 3 years of experience in administering high-volume candidate assessments to vet qualifications/candidacy (required) 
• Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication in English (required)
