REALTIME ANALYST (Onsite Taguig)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring agent and site performance on a real-time basis, making necessary adjustments to staffing and communicating changes and updates to operations and support groups.
Requirements:
"Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of similar work experience in a BPO/Call Center setting
Must be analytical and possesses above-average problem solving and decision-making skills
Must be assertive and a self-starter
Must have above-average oral and written communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Taguig"
