HR Training and Development Speclialist

Training & Development

- Leads in the identification, design, implementation and evaluation of learning programs across the organization.

- Consults with key management leaders to drive program strategies and implementation

- Responsible for creating and updating leadership competency framework

- Leads in the assessment of employees to identify competency gaps thru the use of Assessment Centers, leadership surveys, and 360 feedback

- Takes an active role in the whole cycle of Assessment Center: Designs case studies, acts as the lead assessor, and creates talent assessment reports

- Conducts talent profiling


2. Employee Relations

- Leads in implementing org. diagnosis tools such as employee engagement surveys and focused group discussions to identify culture building programs that will strengthen high performance, engagement and retention.

- Designs and implements rewards and recognition and team development programs


3. Performance Management, Promotion, & Succession

- Ensures its consistent implementation across the organization

- Coaches and educates line managers on measuring and sustaining high performance

- Identifies and implements improvements

- Ensures strength of talent bench


4. Onboarding

- Designs a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure that new hires gain a positive experience on their work

- Designs and implements programs to ensure that new hires are supported in their roles


5. People & Leadership

-Coaches and mentors a team of OED Associates

-Formulates action plans for the professional development of staff




·         Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or any Business related field.

·          At least 3 years work experience in training / learning design, development, and evaluation / assessment

·         Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

·         with a strong customer-focused background and  problem-solving and negotiation skills

·         Must have the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage training schedule

·         Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
