Senior Recruiter (Technical & Corporate)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Technical & Corporate Recruiter with extensive end-to-end recruitment experience.  The successful candidate must also have sound labor law knowledge, excellent administrative skills, and can easily communicate with staff at all levels. An Senior Recruiter should be observant and proactive, familiar with the finer workings of the company but never lose sight of the big picture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology or in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in technical recruitment (particularly in IT projects, software development), executive search and target selection is preferred.
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Ability to organize skills assessment tests
• Sound knowledge in labor laws, compensation and benefits and salary structure
• Proficient in MS Office applications, business management and presentation tools.
• Strong leadership skills, moral and ethical code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
