Job Description:
Design, Build and Implement Total rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy
Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation, benefits, pensions and equity programs according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations
Process operational transactions for the total rewards function depending on the functional alignment (equity programs, pensions or compensation) which include managing data, creating invoice and report, executing recurring and one-time release processes, maintaining control log, payroll file audits, delivery of files to local countries, administering RSU share Sell-Back program etc
Help develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resource)
Manage significant enhancements to Total rewards systems, tools and processes, designing processes, procedures, systems requirements, reports, policies and other enabling tools necessary to effectively operationalize global processes
Serve as subject matter expert, applying comprehensive knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools and maintain expert knowledge by researching best practices, monitoring legal developments, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
Execute responsibilities such as Market data collection, Market Intelligence, Analysis and target development and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy and direction for the GU / country
Administer and maintain equity policies, procedures and maintains procedural and process documentation related to the global equity programs
Determine the type and number of Accenture shares to be issued on regular basis
Maintain equity related data such as Shares, Restricted Share Units and Options for all types of grants and support internal and external reporting needs
Create enrolment package and process for employees, Draft and issue communication to employees
Monitor Accenture's compensation and pension programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and Work Council agreements in order to guarantee Accenture programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country
Deliver pension admin services according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations
Participate in pension market surveys and monitor compensation and pension trends to provide guidance to leadership on direction on the programs
Manage health and welfare and benefits projects as necessary (e.g., multinational insurance pooling, analysis of coverage data for outsourcing or merger/acquisitions, Accenture Leadership new program design, etc.)
Accountable for the operational management, implementation and continuous operation of Global Compensation programs & projects
Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas
Responsible for effective service delivery of Compensation and Compensation Admin activities within a GUSupport Total rewards lead in various programs and initiatives in the total rewards area
Support SE direct hire process and responsible for reviewing incoming business cases for Accenture Leadership direct hire candidates
Establish and build relationships with multiple internal/external customers
Partner with external vendors (e.g., transfer agent, company brokers) to ensure successful end-to-end execution of Accenture Leadership equity transactions
Maintain regular meetings with executives from external brokers transfer agent, local share plan coordinators, controllers and payroll personnel in each country and senior managers from tax, legal, accounting and Accenture Leadership matters
Serve as a main point of contact for all issues related to the Total Rewards areas and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
Responsible for specific Rewards Management function (Compensation, Global equity, Benefits, Pension, Market Intelligence, Annual planning) and provide the highest level of advice and recommendations to the respective teams
Work with the HR and Business Leaders, understand business/people strategy in order to develop priorities and design/build solutions that support it
Ensure that Accenture Total rewards programs are fully integrated with statutory programs within each country
Drive refinement of the Market Intelligence processes and deliverables to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time and with quality
Accountable for market data collection, analysis and target development. Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with the compensation and benefits/pension strategy and direction for the GU/Country
Analyze performance metrics. Provide specialty reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function
Lead major external benchmarking projects for a variety of global HR strategy and compensation, benefits/pension design initiatives which impact HR strategies across all workforces and all geographies
·Develop, review and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies that align with the business strategy and the vision of HR
· Participate in development of annual survey budgets and handle compensation related computation and analysis
Lead design, build and implementation of global programs and solutions for total rewards function (processes, policies, programs) that enable DTE/WF rewards strategy/priorities – currently across all workforces
Coordinate with the regional and country Compensation and Benefits contacts to implement initiatives, programmes and complete local/global deliverables
·Interface with HR and leadership/employees in assigned areas to provide compensation communication as needed
Work with GU- CoE Interlock and other CoE roles to define the GU compensation framework and future developments and coordinate with field HR Organization and People Advisors to implement compensation processes
Monitor Accenture's total rewards programs (pension, benefits, compensation or equity) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and work council agreements
Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines
Finalize overall Total Rewards Management budget requirements
Support SE direct hire process and responsible for reviewing incoming business cases for Accenture Leadership direct hire candidates
Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all the operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes
Direct the design, communications, enrollment, claims administration, vendor interfaces, premium payments, database systems, and accounting for various total rewards program
