Personal Driver

Job Responsibility

• Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions

• Drives the employer and safely flees the scene of a security threat.

• Safely drive the employers family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer/ employers office.

• Ensure vehicle is always clean, by washing both its inside and outside parts

• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition. & Remind office admin renewal and management of road tax, car insurance etc with consultation from employer/ employers office.

• Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take

• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employers car(s)

• Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours & Carry out other assignments that may be given by the employer 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/†O†Level, any field.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience being a company/ personal driver

• Strictly non-smoker

• Fast and punctual working attitude, good attendance record

• Prompt, reliable, hardworking, responsible, mature and honest personality

• Good discipline, able to work under pressure • Responsible, physically fit with good working attitude

• Good Health condition, good eyesight, fit to work

• To be able to come to work early / stay back should something crop up last minute

. • Willing to work overtimes, weekends, public holidays and outstation and when required.

• Possess a valid class D and B2 driving license with good track record • Good in Waze or Google Maps Navigation, safe driving skill • Body skills and protection skills as certified bodyguard is an added advantage.
