Prepare progress claims, variation order & assist in final account.
Assist Superior for the preparation of tendering documents and measurement and bill of quantity.
Responsible for checking drawings and take off quantities.
Prepare Quotation for the project if necessary .
Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors and subcontractors.
Examine maintenance and material costs, and compile pricing from suppliers and sub-contractors.
Perform site visits as required.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
